Fantastic service

Very efficient and the Nurses went above and beyond. I usually dislike visiting hospitals in all circumstances, however St Edmunds was a refreshing experience. Obviously I'd recommend you didn't get injured so you had no need for a hospital, but if you do then this seems to bet he place to be.

Crowded waiting area, lack of privacy and shortage of seating which was uncomfortable. I have always had my own private room in the past.
Dear Sir Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, and are sorry you did not find this to be the case during your visit. Our core principles are that patients come first and that good enough, never is. It is unusual for our reception area to be crowded with a shortage of seats, but we have taken this onboard and will monitor more closely so as to not cause discomfort to any of our patients. The hospital staff were, without fault on every level. From reception, pre-admission, nursing staff, theatre staff, anaesthetist and catering staff, all made the visit to BMI stressless and left me feeling confident throughout the duration. Post op was just as faultless, with time and care at the top of their agenda. I left feeling that I had been professionally overseen and taken care of at every stage during my stay.
