The car park can be a problem, as it is too small for the volume of patients needing to use it and people often double park or park very close to your car, to squeeze their car in. Most reception staff were friendly and helpful. I made an appointment at the appointment desk with a lady who appeared to want to be elsewhere.

Friendly staff guarding the entrance with PPE and a thermometer, reception and nurse taking samples, was very quick and easy. Same at outpatients where consultation took place.
