All was fine. There was a misunderstanding between my healthcare provider who indicated my appointment would be a remote consultation and the hospital who booked me a personal appointment (which was better for me as the doctor was able to treat my problem). The hospital spotted the anomaly and the admin staff resolved with me directly and elegantly by the staff at the Outpatient centre.

Well organised and the entire process was very straightforward. I did receive a parking ticket which was my fault for not registering my car but even this was cancelled within 24hrs.
