Good experience

A bit soulless

Very smooth process, from initial admission through to discharge. Nurses were very friendly and helpful.

I have been very pleased with the care I have received at the BMI London Independent hospital. Whether it be MRI/CT scans, physio, consultations and more recently, two night inpatient for lumbar spinal surgery, the care I received was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and professional. I have visited a number of private hospitals in London and throughout Essex over the years and BMI London Independent is up there with the best if them.

Great care

I visited during unusual covid times. Always felt safe and the nurses were very friendly, helpful and professional. However when in the hospital I often had to go a long time without updates or information on what was happening, often because there wasn't any but was difficult when alone in the hospital!

Took the time to listen and make a plan going forward. Which when you are suffering with chronic pain makes all the difference.

London Bridge is a very clean and has pleasant environment. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I had a very pleasant stay.
