Bupa is a well-run hospital. The paediatric wing is easily accessible and is always very clean. They keep good records and always check in our children promptly and with minimal fuss for each appointment.

I was told I had to go to the pharmacy at least 20 min before my appointment to get hold of the vaccine I had reserved. When I got there, I was told the vaccine needed refrigeration, so had to leave it there for a few minutes before I went to my appointment. not sure why I needed to pick the vaccine with so much time in advance.

BUPA Cromwell is clean and well laid out in a location that works for us as we are residents of the borough. But the reception is very chaotic and sometimes it unnecessary to meet so many people at the reception and wait and then to eventually wait again at the reception of the doctor that one is seeing. I think the unnecessary steps should be eliminated and the process of meeting a doctor and wait times can be streamlined to be more efficient and a better experience for the patient.

Prescription waiting times are sometimes a bit slow but other than that its a great hospital, clean and modern.

It was clean and quiet and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
