The best and most convenient hospital with an amazing staff who cares for its’ patients.

I am very relaxed seeing Bupa Cromwell takes extremely strict protective measures to ensure the wellbeing of both clients and staffs. In the meanwhile they still keep the Highest level of service and support you can receive in a hospital.

BUPA Cromwell was the only hospital towards West London that was open, all others are very central and not easily accessible if working from home and relying on cycling anywhere. It would be good if Chiswick Medical Centre or Syon Hospital would also be open for these kind of services. The hospital is big enough to accommodate all types of examinations. Staff is in general very friendly. The rooms & communal areas could do with a bit more decoration to make it a less unfriendly place, especially if you eventually are worried about health related conditions. Health & safety measures for patients are a bit over the top in my eyes while some doctors & others members of staff might not feel the need to wear face covering (without giving any explanation or having a discussion to come to a mutual agreement - I am not referring to my consultant!) which is extremely irritating... also, waiting times at the own pharmacy are hilarious & worth improving.

Generally a very busy hospital with slightly longer waiting time.

The separate paediatrics entrance is a major benefit.
