The audiologist who took the moulds at my appointment on 17 March was excellent. I had a number of questions, all of which she answered clearly and thoroughly. The member of staff on reception/administration was also excellent—very professional—and was particularly helpful when I returned to collect the items, ensuring that they fitted correctly. During that visit, I also had an unscheduled consultation with another audiologist, who provided additional advice. They were excellent as well. Overall, I cannot fault the service in any way.

Ear cleaning, hearing test, adjustment of hearing aids in line with manufacturer's upgrade and results of the hearing test.

Excellent as always.

I came to have earwax removed, but you discovered other problems which required my hearing aids to be recalibrated. Very satisfied with the outcome.

My recent visit was the same as all my appointments at HSH, Matthew and all the reception team were welcoming and friendly. The site is always immaculate Matthew was sensitive and understanding of the issues with my new hearing aids and listened carefully to my concerns His depth of knowledge is indisputable and I will be receiving my new hearing aids shortly

As always I had a productive and reassuring appointment with Matthew, he always takes the time to fully discern what my hearing needs are

Matt set up my Phonaks brilliantly. The update worked well, and I particularly liked the way it was possible to set up streaming via Bluetooth so that music had a fuller sound than speech.
