Zachary was a real joy. Incredibly clear and well informed about everything to do both with updating my current hearing aids, and also passionate about his work and his fellow colleagues which created a convivial atmosphere and made what can sometimes feel a mundane thing to do - get your hearing checked - an experience where you came away feeling more informed about your condition then before. He has also aced that rare quality of being able to speak in a manner that's helpful to those of us who have hearing loss, but not so loudly that you feel as if you're being spoken at, instead of engaging in a conversation.
Zachary spent considerable time and expertise achieving an update to my tiny Starkey aids as well as careful wax removal from my ears.
Zachary was excellent: helpful, friendly and very clear.
