On collecting my microphone from Lulu from repair I said that there should have been a lanyard with it, since I gave the microphone in with that attachment. She said there was no lanyard in the return box. But when I got home I rechecked and I had indeed sent it in with the microphone. I phoned Harley Street Hearing and asked the person who took my call to have another look. Following that, you sent me a lanyard by post. I don't know whether it was my original one or a replacement. This is no big deal, but it could have been more easily sorted during my visit. The audiology test and resadjustment went well and I am enjoying better hearing clarity since.
