As you might know I'm a private patient (self-pay). Waiting time to get blood test is not satisfactory. I used to do it at Sainsbury wings Level 2 for private patient. But this time I've been sent to blood test in Ground floor. Clealness at Sainsbury wings level 2 is fine. But other toliet in Ground floor or blod test area is poor and smelly. Kind regards,

All went very smoothly and had a comfortable overnight stay.

Friendly reception good seating. I was late because of M40 traffic but seen after the preceding patient with little delay.Received excellent advice and encouragement.

Receptionists were talking and laughing really loudly - not only was it a bit unprofessional, but there were patients and family members in the area that were going through distressing procedures, so it felt quite disrespectful. Not suggesting staff members should sit in silence (!) but maybe keep it down a bit or chat in the back? They looked like two teenagers messing around on the school bus…

I had the BEST experience !!! Front office Staff were friendly and approachable. I specifically would like to THANK Ms Maya Al-Mamar my Gynaecologist who was prompt, very professional and friendly. Check was thorough, consultation was detailed and very simplified to understand. I would also like to thank her Secretary Linda Bannon for her speed and promptness to my request for an immediate Consultation. Highly Recommended Private Service that's worth every penny. THANK YOU
