I have been a patient of Professor Andrew Sinclair for approximately 3 years. I am highly impressed and happy with all he has carried out for me, whether being the actual physical procedures or my in clinic reviews and check ups with him. He is constantly both friendly and professional, he allows me to voice any questions or concerns, he listens profoundly and answers all questions in a clear logical manner. Extremely organised and reassuring. I highly recommend him. I am so grateful for the positive changes he has made on my life through his care and expertise.

I have found Prof Sinclair to be very approachable. His style is engaging; I felt that he makes time to listen carefully to me and gives very clear and concise explanations regarding the current status of my condition, discusses clearly the options for going forward, and checks that I understand and agree with his recommendations.

I have been a patient of Professor Sinclair for a number of years following the retirement of my previous consultant. Professor Sinclair carried out an Optical urethrotomy on me in January 2020 which lasted without further intervention until this year. I have a stricture of my urethra which over time narrows, which is normal. This year in February 2026, under the care of Professor Sinclair, I had a Optilume procedure on my urethra and yesterday 24th March 2026, I had a review with Professor Sinclair, a flow test and a bladder scan. The results of which in my opinion were very good. Professor Sinclair commented that he “was pleased that I was doing very well”. Yesterday and during all previous occasions when I have had appointments and procedures I have received the same high level of care and professionalism.
