Genesis Care provides a sound administrative framework for their Centres. Staff are always friendly and helpful, which helps to minimise any stress that might be felt. Their Centres are light and airy, with comfortable waiting areas.

All staff were incredibly friendly and personable. The hospital was extremely clean. The wait time was a little more than usually expected, but still fairly quick.

Dr. Jonathan Hoare is an exceptional gastroenterologist whose expertise and compassionate approach to patient care set him apart in his field. At my consultation relating to LPR/esophagitis, I was impressed with his ability to rapidly understand my situation and his astute assessment of my issues, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns and medical history. Dr. Hoare’s knowledge of gastroenterology is extensive and he is clearly and expertise in his field. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Hoare exudes a genuine sense of empathy and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel comfortable discussing my issues, a quality that is invaluable. Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety. His commitment to patient well-being and quality care makes him a standout choice for addressing gastrointestinal health issues.
