While your physiotherapists are brilliant, the staff at receptions are super inefficient. I’ve had to call at least 5 times and still havent received a confirmation if my appointment is booked or not.

Really like them, all are very warm, friendly and helpful. Ready to assist any need or requirement, whether it is Warren or Lea. They run an efficient operation and make you feel part of the family, and yet professional.

We had an excellent experience at Prime Hospital Garhoud. The doctors and nursing staff very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the process. Food quality is also good and healthy. Overall staff is good.
