While your physiotherapists are brilliant, the staff at receptions are super inefficient. I’ve had to call at least 5 times and still havent received a confirmation if my appointment is booked or not.

We had an excellent experience at Prime Hospital Garhoud. The doctors and nursing staff very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the process. Food quality is also good and healthy. Overall staff is good.

The trash bin was overloaded to a level that it cannot close and some cottons with blood was on the floor Kindly take care of the cleanliness as this can impose risk of infection Otherwise everything was great Thank you

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.
