Polite and personable with an engaging smile, rather than trying to embellish what he had to say, he was direct and straight to point. He used "plain English" to explain what was to happen, what had happened and the preliminary findings. While a busy man, he was willing to give time to the patient and to allow his colleagues to speak to a number of points. Thank you to ALL the staff associated with my stay and my first "medical intervention". While one hears of the poor quality of hospital food, this cannot be said of the food I received which was still hot when served, tasty and well presented.

I had bipolar enucleation and the results have been excellent. I would recommend Mr Miakhil.
